- 01 Service request and inquiries
- You can visit our offices with your documents and samples. Or, it is also possible to make an application via e-mail. Just send us your samples via courier.

- 02 Pay the fee.
- We accept cash, cards (in our offices), or online transfer.

- 03 Assigning a tester
- Your request will be referred to the relevant department for the product category. Soon, a tester will be assigned to your case and conduct the test. You can check via phone or our website to monitor the progress of your test.

- 04 Test report
- Once the test is over, a test report will be issued. You can receive the test by visiting in person or have it delivered to you via post or courier services.
The reports, once officially issued by us, can be viewed in the online customer service page of our website.

- If you have any questions regarding the test reports we issued, you can always contact us. And, we can provide our consultation service regarding sending the samples or other legal matters.

- You can inquire about us regarding the test results in the report, test criteria, related laws, and regulations, or sending the samples, etc.
