General Request Test
- A general request test is conducted according to the international standard, domestic standard, or custom test methods provided by the applicant, who is a manufacturer of electrical or electronic products, issuing a test report for developing a new product, necessary analysis, or submission to the buyer.
General Request Inspection
- A general request inspection is conducted in the same way with the general request test. However, in a general request inspection, the samples are either samples, or a total inspection is conducted. At the end of the test, a pass/fail report is issued.
Buyer inspection
- If a domestic or foreign buyer demands an inspection of the products according to the product specification, the agency will conduct the test and issue a test report.
Issues to be considered when receiving a performance test
Determining the test method
- Verify if the test can be conducted as per the designated international standard, domestic standard, or organizational standard.
- Verify the method theoretically and the possibility of conducting the test if the test is to be carried out in accordance with the standard proposed by the applicant.
- If the applicant does not give any instructions on the test method, the test method shall be determined after a negotiation with the applicant.
Availability of the testing equipment
- The test shall be conducted at our test lab if we have the testing equipment.
- If the testing equipment is owned by the applicant, the test shall be conducted at the applicant’s facility.
- If the testing equipment is held by a third party, the decision to receive the test request shall be made after it is checked with the third party whether the testing equipment can be used for the test.
- A test must be conducted using a calibrated test equipment. (No test shall be conducted using non-calibrated testing equipment.)

- Review the specification of the test equipment and test method.
- Determine the appropriate testing equipment, jigs and fixtures for the sample.
