The purpose of the administrative computer network is to secure stability, reliability, and inter-linkage of the equipment as well as efficient and accurate work handling so that the upgrade of performance and maintenance can successfully be done in line with the latest technology trends.
Legal basis of the program
Office management rules (the standardization of the equipment and the technologies to use them)
- The Minister of Government Administrations may designate the models or take standardizing actions for office automation equipment that are commonly used or in need of compatibility.
The Act on the Processing of Civil Services (Issuance of Civil Documents via Unmanned Document Issuing Machines)
- The head of an administrative agency may receive the requests for and issue the documents using unmanned document issuing machines (including the civil service activities under the jurisdiction of other administrative agencies.)
- If the law requires that the identity of the persons who demand the issuance of a document shall be authenticated by the law, but there is no specific instruction given on how to authenticate such an identity, it is allowed to use the electronic media designated by the Minister of Government and Administrations.
- Any issues related to the installation and operation of such an issuing machine not contemplated herein shall be decided by the Minister of Government and Administrations.
The system of standards
- The applicant must submit the following documents. In the case of a request for a renewal test, the application process must be completed by no later than 30 days before the expiry
- When applying for the initial test or a documentary review, you must register your EPROM.

- The applicable standard: The standards designated by the Ministry of Government and Administrations; other standards published in official gazettes (bulletins, etc.); or, the standards set by the contracting organization (Public Procurement Services, etc.)
- Fees: The test fees shall be governed by the rules on testing and inspection of our institute.

- The manuals for the product and parts
- The installation drivers, etc.
- Other documents that are believed to be necessary (including the Q-mark certificate, Electrical Items Safety Certificate or the Information and Communication Device Certificate, etc.)
- If the products to be tested have add-ons or components that are attached to or combined with the products, all such add-ons or component shall be submitted. (However, exceptions may be granted depending on the situation, after a mutual negotiation.)
