V&V (Verification & Validation)
In this program, a certified test report is issued after Evaluation the functions, performance, security, and stability of the functions of the target software are tested as per the requirements of the client.

Test criteria
- The performance index for the fulfillment of the goals of a development project by the government or public agencies for information systems and R&D projects
- Domestic and international standard and technical specifications
- The test standard suggested by the client
Test method and location
Based on the requirements of the client, the test criteria and items are identified, so that the test is conducted in our institution or at the place suggested by the client.
Utilizing the test report
- Provent the level of fulfillment of the goals to the clients, such as the R&D project sponsors.
- The self-initiated verification of the functions, performances, security, functional stability, or submitting such proofs to the buyers(demanders), etc.

- 1. Article 23, Chapter 1 of the SME R&D Program Operational Guideline (Final Reporting): "The head of the host organization shall submit the final report along with the objective evidence of the result of the R&D activities, such as a test report by a certified Evaluation agency.
- 2. Chapter 6 'The Evaluation of the Result of the Project," The Laws and Rules on the IT and Broadcasting R&D Program for the Final Reporting of an IITP: "The test report from an agency designated by the head of a government organization, public agencies, publicly funded organizations, or other responsible organizations."
