Overview
Our institution, which is a certified international Evaluation agency under KATS of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, has been designated as the safety test and safety management agency for children's playground facilities in effect since January 27, 2008, and have been engaged in the services such as; the safety certification and Evaluation of the children's playground equipment; installation and regular inspection of such facilities; and, safety diagnosis and management education.

Safety Certification
A program that requires the manufacturer or importer of the children's products which are subject to safety certification requirements to obtain safety certificates from a safety Certification Centerfor each model before customs clearance (to prove the safety of the children's product by conducting a factory inspection and a product test.)

A. The design of the safety certification mark
B. Instructions on designing:
- The size of the safety certification mark to be indicated shall be adjusted depending on the size of the children's product, provided that the ratio between the horizontal and vertical length is as follows;
The color of the safety certification mark shall be gold (10YR 6/4 as per KS A 0062) or black (N 2 as per KS A 0062), as a principle. In such a case, it is allowed to use glitters in the gold color.
Marking instructions
- The marking of the safety certificate must be attached firmly on the surface of the product or printed upon it. The marking shall not come off or be detached easily.
- If it is difficult to attach the certification mark on the surface, or the product is to be purchased in a bundle, and the individual unit is not likely to be circulated in the market, the mark can be placed on the smallest packaging unit of the product.
