Overview
According to Article 40 (2) of the Enforcement Rules of the Tourism Promotion Act, the inspection to recheck safety status of amusement facilities or machines with the following cases;
- Amusement facilities or machines that have been failed by safety inspection
- Amusement facilities or machines in which an accident occured
- Amusement facilities or machines that have been suspended for more than three months
- Amusement facilities or machines for which the sum of the period of suspension for the last six months is three months or more
Inspection process
- 1. Amusement facility of machine with the following cases cannot operate until it passes Re-Inspection;
- Amusement facilities or machines that have been failed by a Periodical Inspection
- Amusement facilities or machines in which an accident occured
- Amusement facilities or machines that have been suspended for more than three months
- 2. A applicant shall submit a Re-Inspection application form(with the amusement installations survey report) with the following documents to KTC by no later than 20 days before the desired date of Re-Inspection;
- Accident report (if there has been an accident)
- The last safety inspection report
