Purpose of the program
This program provides support for the standardization of measurement technologies, testing technologies, and methods, as well as the development of standard materials, to establish a more advanced national standard system and an independent capability for standardization.
The areas eligible for support
The support is provided by the public calls for project participants for the announced projects identified via demand surveys.

Companies, research cooperatives, universities, or research organizations
Supports provided
- Within 100% of the total development cost, up to 100 to 200 million won per year; max project duration up to three years; technical license fees are not charged.
- After the end of technological development, the results of the development must be open to the public in principle. Also, the evaluation of the result of the development project shall include the establishment of a standard or whether the standard has actually been used by the companies with actual demands, etc.
