Indonesian Halal Certification Mark (Label)
If you have registered your KTC certificate with the Indonesian Halal Certification Agency to obtain an Indonesian Halal Certificate,
Indonesian Halal Certification Mark (Label) can be used. The label consists of the halal logo, text, and the halal certification number (foreign registration number). If you want to export/distribute your products to Indonesia, you must apply the Indonesian Halal Label in accordance with BPJPH No. 40/22 and BPJPH No. 88/2022.
Types of Indonesian Halal Certification Marks
The label format has a primary label and a secondary label, with the primary label used for standard packaging and the secondary label for special occasions such as banners or billboards.

The separation distance, proportions, colours, etc. between the components of the certification mark (logo, text, certification number, frame) must comply with the relevant regulations and cannot be arbitrarily altered or omitted.
A secondary label may be used if the nature of the product prevents the use of the primary label.
If the label cannot be clearly identified due to the printing background of the label, or if the colour cannot be expressed due to printing quality or technical limitations, the black and white logo below may be used.
When sizing labels on packaging or products, they must be visible and legible.
If the certification number cannot be visually identified according to the printing specifications, even if the minimum horizontal and vertical dimensions of the label are met, the label must be resized to make it visible.

Halal certification mark size
Sizing must be applied according to the following regulations

If it is not possible to read or see the halal certification number in the frame of the primary label, the halal certification number may be displayed at the bottom of the frame, not exceeding the left and right lines of the frame.

Guidelines for the use of the Halal Certification Mark
When the KTC Halal Certification Mark and the Indonesian Halal Certification Mark are applied to a product at the same time, they shall be displayed as shown below, together with the halal certification number granted.

They should be placed side by side, but the order of placement of the KTC or Indonesian labels is irrelevant, and the primary and secondary labels cannot be mixed.
