01 What kind of installations is subject to the Act on the Safety Management of Children's Playgrounds?
02 Can we install sports-related installations within a playground? If it's possible, how do we maintain them?
03 Are the playgrounds installed within an apartment complex subject to the Construction Act still subject to the provisions of the Act on the Safety Management of Children's Playgrounds?
04 What law applies when a child of 11 or older is using a children's playground?
