The Q-mark program is a quality guarantee and certification program of KTC for helping the certified companies to earn trust and find more customers based on the experience and expertise of KTC as an internationally certified and approved certification body, for the enhancement of the quality and protection of the consumers of manufactured products. Also, the Q-mark program is a third-party certification program. The Q-mark program issues its certificates based on the performance evaluations and safety evaluations as per the quality assurance test criteria, which conform with international product testing and inspection standards.

Follow-up management

Survey of the products in the market with a Q-mark

In every quarter, we purchase and test the products with Q-mark to test the quality as per the quality certification test criteria and inform the relevant companies of the result to help improve production processes and qualities.

Guidance test

We conduct the testing of qualities and inspect the products regularly. When there are non-conformities, we issue a warning to the relevant business immediately or take other actions such as the suspension of the use of the mark or withdrawal of its issuance, in order to contribute to the improvement of quality.

Customer complaints

If a customer has about the quality of a product with a Q-mark, she can submit her complaints via our website or over the phone. We will conduct an investigation on the case and inform the complainant of the results.
